We manage planning, invitations, decorations, rentals, vendors, food, serving, clean-up, and any other special requests you may have. Together with you, we will design, plan, and deliver your dream small event, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you.

Meet the Creator
Nice to meet you, virtually. My name is Olivia and I am the creator of The Ottawa Small Events Co.
Founded on a desire to bring a service to Ottawa that is solely dedicated to hosting and dinner parties, I launched this business in September 2025.
With six years of experience planning events in the non-profit and corporate world, I am super excited to now be starting my own business in this space. I've been a passionate amateur cook, party planner, and Pinterester all my life, and I'm excited to be able to put my skills to good use.

A friend of mine booked the Ottawa Small Events co. for a cozy girls night with an Italian pasta theme and they totally nailed it!
The décor was so nice, every place setting felt personal, and the attention to detail blew me away. We enjoyed multiple fresh, delicious courses cooked right in the kitchen during the event. Their creativity and professionalism are next-level, no event is too small.

Olivia curated the most beautiful Italian themed girl dinner evening for us. The attention to detail was as incredible as the food—the table spread, the individuality in the plates, the candle-lit vibe—it was all so cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.

From the second I walked into the event to the second I left, it was a seamless and cozy experience - from cocktails and appetizers to start, a large and assorted dinner in the middle, and desserts to finish, I was amazed by the care and details that went into organizing the event (and I haven’t even included the decor and design details!).
